Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These terms set out the deal between you and Mengira. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Mengira, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. What Mengira does
Mengira is a tool for freelancers and small businesses to create quotations and invoices, share them as links (including via WhatsApp), and track their status.
Mengira is operated by Art Byte Creative Agency (Sole Proprietorship), SSM registration 202503150630 (CT0151075-H), 52-1-C, Jalan Pusat Perniagaan Raja Uda 1, Raja Uda Industrial Estate, 12300 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.
3. Your account
Please give accurate business details, keep your login credentials secure, and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
4. Free tier and Pro plan
The free tier lets you create 3 quotations and 3 invoices per month, with full-quality documents and no watermark. Your count resets at the start of each month.
Pro is a paid upgrade that removes those monthly limits. Online payment is still being set up, so Pro is not purchasable yet — pricing and payment terms will be shown clearly here and in the app before anything is charged.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you put into your documents — the accuracy of your prices, taxes, terms and client details — and for your relationship with your own clients.
Mengira is a tool that helps you produce and share documents. We are not a party to the transaction between you and your client, we do not collect payments for you, and we do not verify the content of what you send.
Do not use Mengira for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, and do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Limitation of liability
Mengira is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of the service — including lost profit, lost revenue, unpaid invoices, lost data, or disputes with your clients.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Ending things
You can stop using Mengira at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing mengira.privacy@gmail.com.
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms, or puts other users at risk.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
